Please contact MWHQ Customer Services on 020 7341 9000 and we will arrange collection.

We ask that you return the item in the same packaging as it was delivered to ensure little or no waste occurs.

If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, we will happily exchange your order for a credit note to be used within 3 months.

MWHQ is a trusted community and as such we expect customers and sellers to send items out in the specified timeframe. Unfortunately if an item is returned late, charges will apply for every late day as a percentage of the overall the rental cost of the item.

Your deposit will be returned within three working days on receipt of an item being returned.
