CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

We are looking for a superstar assistant to support our operations team and provide stellar customer service, reporting directly into our Head of Operations. This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing team and make the role your own!

The role

You will be working alongside our Head of Operations to support the team in a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Answering customers' emails and phone calls assisting with any queries, including fit and styling suggestions
  • Support the team with product intakes, assist with tagging, writing brief product descriptions and uploading to the website
  • Support the team with orders and returns processing, liasing directly with our fulfillment center
  • Assist with a variety of customer acquisition projects
  • Assist with basic office management tasks

Does this sound like you?

You will be a self-starter and an energetic team player who is able to work independently as well as part of a thriving team. You will have a can-do and no-job is too small mentality and will be comfortable in a fast paced and fluid environment. You will be excited about learning about the operational side of the ecommerce fashion industry, are SUPER organized, well versed in excel and have good email/phone manners. 1yr+ experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.

Please note this is an office based full-time role in West London.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a superstar Account Manager to work with individual vendors to on-board items from their wardrobes for sale and to rent. This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing business in the spotlight and make the role your own!

The role

Working alongside our Commercial Director, the role will cover a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Use of Salesforce and CMS
  • Supporting the team with product intakes, assist with tagging, writing brief product descriptions and uploading to the website
  • Authenticating and pricing luxury goods
  • Sourcing new vendors
  • When required, assisting in the showroom or at pop up events
  • When required, assisting with basic office management tasks

Digital Marketing Manager

MY WARDROBE HQ - the UK’s leading fashion rental platform - is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage the digital and communications strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the digital marketing and communications strategy - as directed by the Ecommerce director - to drive brand exposure, awareness and customer acquisition
  • Manage the email marketing – reviewing and increasing open rates and CTR through best practice
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with relevant brands both in sector and beyond
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce team to drive online traffic and sales
  • Work with the buying and account teams to ensure products are optimised
  • Work with the creative content team on writing and optimising daily content for social media channels and managing the social calendar across all channels
  • Manage paid activity across social media channels to drive brand awareness and identify opportunities
  • Manage, plan and report on paid social activity using CRM analytics
  • Monitor keyword and campaign performance
  • Liaise and grow relationships with relevant influencers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and communications with an online fashion brand or multi-brand platform
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Has an entrepreneurial flair – excited to work in a start-up business in the spotlight
  • Has successfully grown a brand’s online presence
  • Has a black book of contacts across the luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors as well as strong relationships with digital influencers, third-party agencies and digital media outlets
  • Has a real interest in fashion and the seasonal trends
  • Has strong analytical, IT, Excel and numeracy skills
