No, items should not require ironing or steaming, as we will do this prior to sending the item to you. However if an item arrives creased, please hang it ahead of your event to allow any creases to fall out. If you experience further concerns, please contact Customer Services.

All items are cleaned after every rental. Every item on the MWHQ platform is cleaned to the recommended EU standards, meaning that every item that we dispatch has been fully sanitised and poses no health risks to wearers. In addition to dry cleaning to remove stains, every items is sanitised through an innovative system called Ozone.
